Diana Wilkin brings extensive experience in corporate management, strategy and oversight. She has been managing partner of her own firm, Twelve 24 Media, for 2 years where she engaged with broadcast companies, investment banking firms and early stage digital firms. Previously, she held the title of President Affiliate Relations at CBS Network in New York, where she was responsible for oversight of the network's distribution throughout the US. During her tenure, she originated and spear-headed the project that developed the network's live mobile streaming technology. Prior to CBS, she held senior positions at FOX Broadcasting and Clear Channel, having held executive operational responsibilities in all positions.

A Magna Cum Laude Business Finance graduate from the University of Southern California, Ms. Wilkin holds board positions with numerous non-profit organizations and lives in Juno Beach, FL.
